Amendments may be made to the Order Rule with the approval of a two-thirds majority vote of all eligible Great Council members. Proposed amendments shall be submitted in draft to the Great Council, and must be published in all Grove newsletters before being discussed and voted on.

All changes to the Grove Rule must be approved by the Great Council of the Order prior to activation.
