Other than the affiliation with The Ancient and Honourable Order of the Sacred Oak, Groves may affiliate with other groups upon a two-thirds majority vote of all eligible Grove members. Such affiliations are subject to the advise and consent of the Great Council and shall in no way conflict with Order or Grove Rule, directives or decisions.
