The sun shines in my window bright,
He rises in the morning.
He wakes me from my sleepy night,
With rays of light and warming.
At noon he brightens up the sky
With golden rays a-dazzling,
The glow he makes from 'way up high
Keeps my nerves from frazzling.
At night he bows his head so deep,
And dips behind the mountain.
It darkens now, I want to sleep,
But now I find I'm countin',
The many suns I see at night,
From far away, don't seem so bright.
